Maximillian Baron
Max practices workers compensation law with an emphasis on representing injured law enforcement and firefighter personnel. He has a keen understanding of the various benefits and presumptions afforded to California Safety Officers and utilizes that knowledge to their benefit both in and out of the courtroom.
Before going to law school, Max served in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Non-Commissioned Officer. During his time in the military, Max completed two deployments to Iraq, and operated as a tactical small unit leader and squad leader. Max draws on his military background to better advocate for injured first responders at all stages of the workers compensation process.
Max attended Syracuse University College of Law and graduated in 2023. During law school, Max competed on the trial team and clerked at various personal injury law firms. Max also serves on the board of the Los Angeles Fire and Police Veterans Association.
